School Management -
The school has a Managing Committee for its proper management. The Committee includes the President, the Secretary, Members nominated by the Gyan Bharati Society, Principal, Teachers' Representatives and Guardians' Representatives.
Presently, President is Sri Sharad Kumar Kedia, Secretary is Sri Mahesh Kumar Agarwal and Acting Principal is Sri Mathura Prasad Jha.

Academics -
The school has got two sections namely Secondary Section (classes VI to X) and Higher Secondary Section (Classes XI & XII). Hindi is the vernacular subject. The school offers Commerce Stream and Science Stream (both in English medium) at the Higher Secondary level, the elective subjects being as under :
Commerce Stream
• Business Organization
• Accountancy
• Business Economics including Business Mathematics
• Economic Geography and Statistics.
Science Stream
• Physics, Chemistry
• Mathematics and Biological Science.
The school is endowed with well-qualified and experienced faculty for different subjects. The students of the school have always maintained a very high academic standard, achieving excellent results in the Madhyamik and the Higher Secondary Examinations. The percentage of success is near 100 in the public examinations. The students have also earned distinction in different cultural activities and sports.
School Hours -
Classes are held in two shifts. - For the Secondary Section classes are held from 11.30 A.M. to 4.30 P.M. while for the Higher Secondary Section the school hours are from 6.30 A.M. to 11 A.M. Participation in the school prayers before the commencement of the classes is mandatory. Needless to emphasise, attending the school regularly and punctually is a must.
Admission Norms -
Students are admitted without any discrimination in regard to religion, caste and creed. Bulk of The fresh admissions is in class VI while in upper classes fresh admissions are restricted depending upon the number of vacant seats. Admissions are on the basis of admission test and interview as also satisfactory record of performance in the previous school. For admission of students coming from other schools/other States and/or Boards, the usual documents like Transfer Certificate. Migration Certificate etc. are required. For all admissions two copies of passport size photograph of the candidate are essential.
Admission process starts in January and is over by the end of February. The school session for the Secondary Section is from February to December (for 2011-2012) while for the Higher Secondary Section it is from June to May.
The Calendar for Admission is as under:
• Announcement is in early January. Distribution of application forms starts at the same time, the price being Rs.100/-.
• Admission closes by the end of February.
